We are looking for new apprentices at various locations starting on 1 August 2026.

Available Apprenticeships:

Within this job posting, we are recruiting for the following apprenticeship programs (all genders):

  • Retail Salesperson / Retail Specialist 

  • Sales Specialist in Food Retail – Meat Department

  • Butcher / Meat Specialist

  • Fresh Food Specialist 

  • Certified Retail Specialist

  • Office Management / Administration

Depending on the role, you will work either directly with customers in our stores, in food production and preparation, or in administrative and organizational departments.

The programs lasts 2 to 3 years, depending on the chosen profession and individual progress.

Who we are looking for:

  • Ideally, you have a good school leaving certificate (equivalent to a German Hauptschule or Realschule diploma).
  • You have a strong interest in retail and are eager to learn all aspects of working in sales as well as the handling and processing of food.
  • You love food, enjoy working directly with people, and approach your tasks with commitment and passion.
  • Good manners, a friendly personality, and a professional appearance complete your profile.
